The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 327 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 327 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
