In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the 'Bhaisur' of the victim, as per the allegation, she has been killed on account of dowry, but the impugned order shows that she has consumed the poison on account of quarrel between the husband and the victim.
