====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"(i) For quashing of an order of punishment dated 13.10.2010 passed by Mr. Sudhir Hooda, the Commandant, 126 BN, BSF (Respondent No.3) contained in Annexure-2 to this application, whereby and whereunder, after conducting an enquiry, this petitioner was found guilty of two of the charges, levelled against him

Patna High Court CWJC No.18763 of 2013(5) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 and according was awarded punishment of reduction in rank of constable.

(ii) For quashing of an order dated 11.4.2011(Annexure-3) passed by the D. I. G., HQ (Respondent No5) in the capacity of I.G.

HQ, Border Security Force, Kolkata.

(iii) For setting aside an order dated 10.5.2011 (Annexure-4) passed by the Dy. COMDT. (Respondent No.8) for Skin Chief Law Officer(D&L) in the capacity of D. G., Head quarter, by which earlier impugned orders were affirmed.

(iv) For any other relief or reliefs, the petitioner is entitled for."
