In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 165 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 384, 435 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the accused persons came to the house of the informant carrying different arms and ammunition and insisted for vacating the courtyard land, when the informant party objected, the accused persons started assaulting the informant side and also resorted to firing, which

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation has been made against these petitioners. As the petitioners have criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
