JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2023 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 6 Bank stating that a compromise settlement has been approved by the Bank and a no dues certificate has also been issued thereafter on 30th September, 2021, as against the education loan account in the name of the petitioner's son namely Shantu Vibhore. The no dues certificate has been placed on record.

Keeping in view the supplementary affidavit and contents thereto, the relief claimed by the petitioner stands redressed.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having
