JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4268 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted bail.

It is submitted that due to mistake in paragraph 3 of the order dated 17.06.2021 Section 27 of the Arms Act has not been typed.

Let the mistake be corrected and paragraph 3 of the order dated 17.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4268 of 2021 be read as follows:- " The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 86/2020, registered for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40476 of 2021(2) dt.11-08-2021 2/2 Sections 363, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act."

Let this order form part of order dated 17.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4268 of 2021.
