2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354, 379, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is that he, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that when Raja Bihari came to recuse, this petitioner assaulted on the head of Raja Bihari by means of iron rod.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner have been opined to be simple in nature. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of injuries sustained by the injured and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
