2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named persons including these petitioners armed with weapons entered into the house of the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused namely Sanjeet Kumar and Ram Balak Yadav fired upon the son of the informant.

4. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. No one sustained firearm injury. Police after investigation submitted final form under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the pre-arrest bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
