Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that in terms of Clause (ii) of the appointment letter, petitioner, being the sister-in-law of the appointee/respondent no.7, who has been appointed as Clerk on compassionate basis on account of death of his father, she is entitled for share in the earning of brother-in-law and in this regard, petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before respondent no.6, the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Work Division-

Patna High Court CWJC No.23602 of 2012(3) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 2, Hilsa, Nalanda for considering her grievance by passing a specific order, so that the amount, as admissible, can directly be transferred in the account of the petitioner by the respondents.

3. Considering the aforesaid specific submission made on behalf of petitioner, respondent no.6 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing by the petitioner, considering the fact that the writ petition has been pending before this Court since the year 2012.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.
