JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 The instant case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding for violation of the interim order dated 3/12/2009 passed in CWJC No. 10675 of 2007.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the opposite parties have complied with the direction of the writ Court. He further submits that the main writ application was subsequently dismissed for default and in this case on behalf of the petitioner there is no dispute as to compliance of the direction issued by the writ court dated 3.12.2009.
