The petitioner seeks bail in Andhramath P.S. Case No. 130/2017, instituted for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 04.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29693/2018.

In the written report there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing firearm injury to Nitish Kumar Raut. In the injury report doctor has found one lacerated wound of entry of size 1cm x 1cm in front of abdomen with

Report from the court below regarding present stage of trial has been received, from which it appears that out of five witnesses, one witness has been examined by the prosecution. It is mentioned in the report that trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is again rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving short adjournment and send compliance report.
