The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant was coming from Patna to Vaishali on his motorcycle, he was stopped by a person on the point of a country made katta and his gold chain and other articles as mentioned in the FIR was taken away.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the materials on record it transpires that the petitioner was identified by the informant, a Principal Judge in the Juvenile Justice Board in Vaishai at Hajipur in the T.I.P conducted. Thus, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Partha Sarthy, J) Prakash/- U
