This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20117 of 2020 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, but he failed to surrender within the time. For the reasons mentioned in this application, the time to surrender is extended by further four weeks. Accordingly, the order dated 08.07.2020 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
