The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no concern with the seized vehicle and illegal wine. Further he submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle, as stated in the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
