The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No.37 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, namely, Md. Nazeem has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is accorded.

So far as petitioner nos.2 and 3, namely, Badrun Nisha and Razia Begum are concerned, considering the fact that they are ladies, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos.2 and 3, namely, Badrun Nisha and Razia Begum, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No.37 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
