Patna High Court CWJC No.10938 of 2019(3) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj, has now constituted and has started functioning. Accordingly, he submits that this case may be disposed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Appellate Authority for redressal of their grievance. Learned Counsel for the State has got no objection. Taking into consideration the submission advanced on behalf of the parties, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority for redressal of their grievance.

It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioners along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Appellate Authority shall dispose the same in accordance with law and by a speaking order.
