The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 369 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol was recovered and he is in custody since 05.07.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
