2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have mis-appropriated the Government money and did not complete the work in question in time.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that he was supplier of the material and has got no concern with the execution of the scheme, in question. Petitioner has already supplied material of Rs. 7,90,000/- and received payment of Rs.6,50,000/- and when the petitioner demanded the rest money, Opposite Party refused to make money and filed

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7th, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 247 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
