Patna High Court CWJC No.7916 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/3 following reliefs:- "1(i). To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondent No.7 to remove the encroachment from the public land recorded as "Gairmazarua Aam Land" appertaining to Plot No.713, 301, 670, 668, 669, 673 which is main road and its concerned lane situated in Village- Kora Thana No.47 Anchal- Phulwarisharif, District- Patna from the house of Pappu Singh to Adya Singh house via- Ravindra Singh house, Satyendra Singh encroached by the private respondents.

(ii). To direct the respondents No.7 to initiate a land encroachment proceeding under section 3 of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and conclude the same with a logical end.

(iii). To direct the respondent No.7 & 8 to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents who have encroached the above mentioned lands causing inconvenience to the public at large."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 8 i.e. the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is
