Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition has become infructuous and as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition in presence of learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Bihar State Religious Trust Board.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
