2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 341, 323, 307, 447, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased after sustaining gun shot injury, was treated and staying at his house and he died after more than 11 months of the incident.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Rosera, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.
