1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of the appropriate Writ, Order or direction for setting aside the Letter No.2149 dated 14.3.2013 as contained in Annexure-7 of this petition whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to deposit 8,76,490.90 Lacs for allotting the property No.MP-53 which is situated in the Mohalla. Ashikpur, Sasaram.

(ii) For further direction to the respondents to accept the consideration money which was prevalent in 2002 when initially the property was allotted to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.20912 of 2013(7) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit the aforesaid sum of Rs.8,76,490.90/- lacs, for the purposes of being allotted plot no.MP53, situated at Mohall-Ashikpur, Sasaram and/or is ready to make payment of the value of the plot in question, as per the MVR/Government rates, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Managing Director of Bihar State Housing Board, Patna by filing appropriate petition and the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna be directed to dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, within a stipulated time frame. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
