1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents authorities to pay the rent fixed as per order passed by the SubDivisional Officer-cum-Competent authority in House Rent Fixation Case No.369M/2014 and 24M/2015 on 30.1.2015 and 24.2.2015 i.e. Rs.51,246/- and 81,468/- for utilization of Godown measuring area 117'x73'x22' and 186'x73'22' respectively constructed

Patna High Court CWJC No.8116 of 2015(6) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 upon the land of the petitioner bearing Khata No.22 and Khesra no.1680."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the respondents have filed an appeal, before the District Magistrate, Rohtas, against the order dated 24.02.2015 and 30.01.2015, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Competent Authority in House Rent Fixation Case No.369M/2014 and 24M/2015.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Rohtas to dispose off the aforesaid appeals, within a period of six weeks from today, in case the same have not yet been disposed off. The District Magistrate, Rohtas shall then ensure compliance of the orders, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officercum-Competent Authority in House Rent Fixation Cases, as aforesaid, subject to the result of the aforesaid appeals and the orders passed thereon by him, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
