JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 21-11-2022 The matter has been placed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that vide order dated 04.11.2022, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022. However, inadvertently, the name of petitioner No. 3 namely Sri Kant Dhadhi could not be mentioned in the order dated 04.11.2022.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30182 of 2022(3) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 the petitioners, the order dated 04.11.2022 is modified to the extent that let the name of petitioner No. 3 namely Sri Kant Dhadhi be also added in the order dated 04.11.2022 and he also be read to have been directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court, 1st, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022.

The order dated 04.11.2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
