1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. At this stage, learned Advocate, Mr. Ajay Thakur appears and submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.05.2026, a show cause has been filed on behalf of the Notary Public, Mr. Girish Chandra Jha, Registration No. 91/98, Civil Court, Naugachia and the Advocate Mr. R.K. Singh, as they were directed to file their respective show cause, for the reason that the petitioner in the instant anticipatory bail application had relied on a document of sale letter (Annexure-P/2) prepared on a Non Judicial stamp on which Notary Public, Mr. Girish Chandra Jha and the Advocate, Mr. R.K. Singh had put their signature, but then they had put their signature without the signature of vendor, vendee and witnesses.

3. The learned Advocate, Mr. Ajay Thakur, submits that show cause on behalf of Notary Public and the learned Advocate has been filed and both have accepted their mistake and have tendered their unqualified apology. It is also submitted that such mistake will never be repeated in future.
4. After hearing the learned Advocate, Mr. Ajay Thakur and perusing the show cause, the Court accepts the show cause on behalf of the Notary Public, Mr. Girish Chandra Jha and the learned Advocate, R.K. Singh.
5. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.
6. Permission is accorded.
7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
