The petitioner seeks bail in Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(i) and 42 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

280 litres of spirit has been recovered from the room of co-accused Anant Singh who disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of his associates.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the room of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner
