This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 9.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 17387 of 2018. It has been submitted that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as they had gone outside to earn their livelihood. In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
