Petitioner seeks bail in Khiri More P.S. Case No.01 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 427, 436 Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of the petitioner has come only on suspicion.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits other accused have already been granted regular bail vide Annexure-2 and 3.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Khiri More P.S.
