====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 7210 of 2020, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No 315 (C) of 2019 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Barh, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner could not adhere to the time for surrendering in the Court below due to difficulties based on the pandemic.

No.7467 of 2021(2) dt.29-01-2021 2/2 In view of such submission, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 02.07.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 7210 of 2020. This application is accordingly, allowed.
