3. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents for correction in land record with respect to mutation in favour of the petitioner inspite order dt. 27.07.2005 passed in C.W.J.C No. 14531 of of several 2004 and respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.8955 of 2025(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 till date not correct and enter name of the petitioner in the land record ever after passes proceeding from 2005 till today from pillar to post of the land whose description is CircleBaunsi, Mauja/Thana- Siray/391, Khata No. 58(ka), Khesra No. 101, measuring 90 acres 06 decimals and/or for any other order/orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in-line with the counter affidavit filed by the State respondents, the petitioner shall be taking steps for filling an appropriate petition before the newly added respondent no. 7, the Additional Collector, Banka in next four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent alongwith the relevant documents so that he/she can take a final decision in the matter.
