2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of brother-in-law of informant by means of iron rod and petitioner no. 2 assaulted on the neck of informant. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Case and counter case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of

Case No. 33 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
