At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Divisional Railway Manager, East Central Railway, Danapur for redressal of his grievance regarding the Section Engineer (Works), East Central Railway, Kiul having issued an ex-parte notice to the petitioner for removal of septic tank in question,

Patna High Court CWJC No.21417 of 2013(4) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 which is alleged to have been made on railway land. Liberty so sought is granted.
