2. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected twice vide order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43745 of 2024 and vide order dated 11.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71205 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. The petitioner and two other persons were caught on a motorcycle. One country made pistol and three live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 03.04.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i).

The petitioner will mark his attendance at the G.B. Nagar Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (ii) One of the bailors shall be a blood relative.
