JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ / order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents authority to restrain from demolition of boundary and rooms constructed over Plot no. 183, Survey no.

1269, Area 70' x 8' till disposal of Title Suit No. 231 of 1993, pending in the Court of Munsif-1, Chapra."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the pending Title Suit bearing Title

Patna High Court CWJC No.14950 of 2015(3) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 Suit No. 231 of 1993, which is, at the moment, pending before the learned Court of Munsif-I, Chapra, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to expedite the suit proceedings. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that considering the fact that the suit is pending since the year 1993, the learned Trial Court shall take all possible steps to expedite the suit proceedings.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
