The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 dated 15.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In view of the recovery of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
