1. Heard the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner participated in six months Enrichment program conducted by District Institute of Education and Training, Chatauni, Motihari, between the period 04.02.2017 to 14.05.2017 but the certificate has not been awarded. Referring to counter affidavit filed by the respondent, learned counsel submits that petitioner has obtained a final Grade B.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that certificate of final Grade B shall be furnished to the petitioner within four weeks.
