Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No. 145 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and there is specific allegation of assault against petitioner No.9, Jawahar Roy by Garasa and against petitioner No. 10, Naresh Roy by Bhala on the neck of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51280 of 2018 (2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the injuries are simple in nature and moreover no injuries caused by Garasa and Bhalathe were found on the person of informant and six days prior to the occurrence one case has been lodged against the informant by the petitioners' side. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No. 145 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
