2. This is a petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 241 of 2022 arising out of Beldour P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 120B, 307, 302 and 504 of the IPC and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act.

3. The earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 69779 of 2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not bring any fresh ground for reconsideration of earlier order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69779 of 2022 vide order dated 20.03.2023.

5. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
