2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Principal

Patna High Court CWJC No.7852 of 2025(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/3 Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, which is dated 24.03.2025 (AnnexureP/5) which continues to be pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if this Court would direct the Principal Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a fixed time frame.

4. The aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the respondents.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Principal Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merit, which is dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure-P/5) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of. All pending I.As, if any shall be deemed to have been disposed of.
