In these cases, the petitioners are seeking

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28642 of 2019(3) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the accused persons called the father of informant for negotiating the dispute and in pursuance thereof, the father of informant had gone to Chotan Das Thakurbari where already the accused persons were armed with different weapons and later on they killed by pelting stones to the father of informant. The dispute arose on account of illegal mining of sand which the villagers were objecting. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly their prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
