2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.313 of 2018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdraw for the reason that petitioner had not disclosed his antecedent and thus the instant second anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35071 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 application has been filed disclosing the antecedent of the petitioner.

4. The said submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not persuade the court to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
