The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with a case registered under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.4.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no.66812 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Referring to the order dated 29.4.2022 (Annexure-5), it is submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner under sections 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 24.8.2021 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

No.31118 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner vide aforesaid order of rejection dated 25.4.2022, the contents of the order dated 29.4.2022 whereby charge has been framed against the petitioner in the learned trial court and the petitioner having remained in custody since 24.8.2021, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.7 of 2022, CIS no.12 of 2022 (arising out of Bagaha Bhairoganj P.S. Case no.361 of 2021) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, District-West Champaran.
