Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. 30021 of 2022 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge against the petitioner has been framed vide order dated 12.04.2023 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31629 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 143 of 2020 with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Manoj Kumar Thakur.
