2. In this case, on 25.05.2023, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was allowed subject to payment of Rs. 6,00,000/- to the opposite party.

3. Now, a petition has been preferred by the opposite party stating that he is entitled to Rs. 50,000/-.

4. This Court is afraid, it is a criminal case in which the petitioner undertook to pay Rs. 6,00,000/-, accepted by the opposite party at that time and now he has come with the demand of further Rs. 50,000/-. He is well advised to move before the appropriate Court for the redressal of his grievance.

5. The Cr. Misc. No. 45538 of 2024 is frivolous and fit to be dismissed.
