The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 197 of 2020 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No.345 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 325, 363, 354(B), 307, 504, 506, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 27 of the Arms Act; and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the nature of dispute and absence of any injury on the person of the injured, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
