JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Muffasil Police Station Case No. 165 of 2018/ G.R. No. 1811 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the parties happen to be agnates and there is land dispute between them and on account of that scuffle took place between

Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No. 165 of 2018/ G.R.
