The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 371 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 67 of the Information Technologies Act, 2000. Considering that the petitioner's name has come during investigation he would be required for custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case where a theft of pin of ATM card has occurred.

This application is dismissed.
