2. The petitioner seeks to challenge the order passed by the Vice Chancellor dated 10.07.2013, whereby the respondent was nominated as University representative of

Patna High Court CWJC No.24906 of 2013 dt.14-02-2023 2/2 governing body. Similarly, he also challenges the nomination of respondent number 7 as a member of the governing body as a donor representative and is an admitted position that the governing body has a fixed tenure which stands already expired after a period of three years. The writ petition was filed in 2013. By efflux of time, the same has become otiose.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
