Versus
The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Vijay Kr Singh No. 1, Adv. For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar, (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the Trial is at the fag end and only the Informant and the Investigating Officer are left to be examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 271 of 2012 arising out of Naurangia P.S. Case No. 1 of 2012.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without giving unnecessary adjournment to any Party and take all stringent steps for examination of the Informant and the Investigating Officer.
