Ground for modification is that earlier time was granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below, but due to some inadvertence, they could not surrender. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in my opinion, the petitioners are already at liberty to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and order of this Court not in any way affect. As such, I find no merit in this application. Accordingly, this modification application is
